1 Scope

1.1 The following data protection and confidentiality information applies to use of the website of PRUVIA GmbH. We are committed to protecting your personal data, and in particular to protecting your right of personality in the processing and use of this information. 2 Automated data collection and processing by your browser

Like every website, our server automatically and temporarily collects and saves the following information provided by the browser in server log files, unless you have disabled this functionality: – the IP address of the requesting computer – the file request of the client – the http response code – the Internet site from which you access our site (referrer URL), – the time of the server request – the browser type and version – the operating system of the requesting computer The server log files are not processed in such a way as to identify or create individual profiles. At no point can the data be matched by the provider to any specific persons. The data is not with combined with any other data sources.

3 Data collection and processing of personal details and information provided voluntarily

3.1 Any personal data which you submit to us, either by e-mail or via our website, (surname, first name, e-mail address and postal address), is generally provided on a voluntary basis. This data is used to process your enquiries. It shall not be used for any other purpose, and shall in particular not be disclosed to third parties or used for advertising or market or opinion research purposes.

3.2 We shall treat all information that you provide about your company and/or business model as confidential and shall only use it to find you a suitable business partner.

4 Disclosure to third parties

We shall generally not disclose to third parties any personal data or information which you may provide to us. Such data or information shall only be provided to third parties – for the purposes of processing your enquiries, if and to the extent that this is necessary for the fulfilment of your contract. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
